Homemade Honey Barbeque Sauce

A simple, healthy barbecue sauce for your next cookout.

  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 2 TBSP molasses
  • 2 TBSP apple cider vinegar
  • 3 TBSP coconut aminos or organic soy sauce
  • 2 TBSP liquid smoke
  • 1 1/2 TBSP chili powder
  • 1 TBSP garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan.

  2. Mix together well.

  3. Cook over medium heat until the sauce begins to simmer.

  4. Stir continuously for 3-5 minutes.

  5. Store unused portions in the refrigerator in an air-tight container.
