The FDN Program Refund Policy
The FDN Program tuition (which is $8997) includes a non-refundable $250 registration fee. If, after viewing Module 1 you are dissatisfied with The FDN Program or decide The FDN Program is not for you, you may request a refund in writing to [email protected] as long as you have not progressed past Module 1 and 30 days has not passed since your original registration date. No refunds will be provided after the 30 day period. All refund requests will include a phone conversation with the FDN leadership team to ensure your satisfaction.
Advanced Course Refund Policy
If after viewing Part 1 you are dissatisfied with the FDN Advanced Training Module, you may request a full refund as long as; a) You do so within 10 days of registration, and b) you make no progress beyond Part 1. No refunds will be provided after the 10 day period. Please allow 30 days for the credit to appear on your credit card.
Business School Refund PolicyYour Business School tuition (which is $2997) includes a non-refundable $250 registration fee. We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you’re not, you will have 14 days from the date of first access to receive a refund on your course. Agreement to Arbitrate Disputes
