My name is Bella Lindemann and I am a Certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® Practitioner specialising in digestive health conditions. Specifically, the 5 most common root causes of IBS symptoms, being; SIBO, gut infections such as bacteria, yeast (candida) and parasites as well as dysbiosis, leaky gut and food sensitivities.
I also help clients manage many of the secondary symptoms associated with gut dysfunction, such as hormone imbalances, skin issues, fatigue and weight loss resistance, amongst others.
My qualifications include a Bachelor of Science and Masters in Occupational Therapy from the University of Queensland as well as postgraduate studies in nutrition at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to compliment my Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® (FDN) training.
But I was also an IBS client, once. After suffering from chronic constipation for almost three decades, my health rapidly declined after a serious case of gastroenteritis in Tanzania. I spent almost 5 years struggling to find the right support from both the conventional medicine and holistic health realm before I discovered the functional health approach.
The blend of both traditional lab testing and science-based natural therapies is what got my health (and my life) back on track and what inspired me to help countless other IBS sufferers who haven’t been able to get the support they need.
I now help hundreds of women every year from all over the world identify their own IBS root causes and overcome their digestive health issues. It’s something I’m extremely passionate about and find incredibly rewarding.
